Description
Improving Outcomes in Chronic Pain is a state-of-the-art online education experience. Medical professionals improve their skills by managing six virtual patients in a realistic virtual clinic. They can access forms, additional information, and Internet links from within their virtual office. This program was developed by a group of national pain management experts, led by the authors. It emphasizes a multidisciplinary, evidence-based, and functional approach to chronic pain.

Experience
This program has been used by hundreds of physicians via The Virtual Lecture Hall® and has been extraordinarily well-received. After reviewing the program, Dr. John Loesser, one of the country's leading pain experts noted:
I like the way it has been assembled and the ease of obtaining information that is patient-centered. It is wonderful to see educational materials about pain management free of commercial bias. I think this is as good a presentation as I have seen utilizing modern communication techniques. It really is a superb piece of work and its authors deserve high marks for their product.
You can see Improving Outcomes in Chronic Pain at The Virtual Lecture Hall®. Usage data, including satisfaction ratings and all comments, are publicly available.
